Will he drink out of a sippy cup? Maybe pump some milk into that and maybe he will want some milk then. Wait does he have his top teeth?

@ashleydunn i looked to see if he was teething earlier, and didnt notice anything unusual. But hes still taking a paci, eating food, and drinking water from a sippy cup. He only gets upset when I try to nurse.

@kkmamax2 he does drink from a sippy cup, but my milk won't let down for a pump 😟 I'm going to try to hand express at least.

I know all to get about not knowing when teething is happening. It seems like when my babe gets a new set, it different. Like she just got her k-9 teeth on the top, it's like they came over night!

@kkmamax2 I just read that you should try offering the breast while they sleep if they're refusing the breast... got him sound asleep, took the paci out, offered the boob... and royally pissed him off ☹

Maybe he's weening himself off the boob ? I don't breastfeed but the way it sounds is like he doesn't want the boob anymore.

@mommyofdoubletrouble well it's only been today, and after the last time he started turning away food and water too, so I'm wondering if he's just not feeling well.

Aww poor babes if it's just today then yeah he's probably coming down with something or today just wasn't his day. I hope he feels better !

@mommyofdoubletrouble he nursed just fine both times that he woke up last night, so hopefully he's over whatever it was 😊
