I'm due Friday & haven't dilated any I'm still at a 1. Was told if he doesn't come by Monday then…

I went past my due date. I was only like 2cm dilated but I definitely went in to be induced. I was tired of being pregnant plus I wanted my baby but waiting it out always works too. They're just going to want to monitor you and baby closely to make sure they don't poop or anything and that everything's okay.

@mumkipchumba, yes and no. But then you gotta think like you have 9cm left to go, you also are going to have to have your water broken and that fluid needs to come out which also takes time. If you get an epidural it's going to slow it down a little more and then you're just waiting for baby to come on out during the push phase. I went in at 8am and had my baby at 8:50

You can go walking that will.help induction contraction are painful I take natural over those any day

I have with my first child and my doctors was saying walking and sex will help but I did and it didnt do nothing for me my child was stubborn my original due date was February 13,2015 but I didn't have him until February 23,2015 I got induce and I was in labor 22hours and it was worth every bit of it
