😭 don't want to go buy a breast pump but this build up of milk is getting ridiculous

Get one from your insurance

You can ask express and that is better than pumping

@beebaby, yea I know. She told me bc I was issued one last year (which I gave away to someone in need) but I have private insurance now so idk why that even matters but apparently it does

So you have a different insurance then how would they know that you got one

I would call again and talk to someone else. You still have time, you shouldn't pump right away anyway

Which part, calling insurance again or pump. If your are breastfeeding you have no need to pump and pumping can cause clogged.ducts and mastitis as well as over supply.
