So my father is threatening to call CPS on me because he hates my boyfriend. Saying my son will be taken if they come but my house is spotless my son has food milk diapers wipes he has a play pen he sleeps in until I fully move his crib over since we moved. He has so many clothes more clothes than I have. I don't use drugs there's no drugs in my house. CPS can't do anything right?

I don't have a job I'm a stay-at-home mom my boyfriend works making a thousand in two weeks he pays for everything my son's real father doesn't do s*** and I haven't got them for child support because I've been nice and he's telling my dad that my boyfriend is selling drugs and that's a lie because my boyfriend doesn't even use drugs let alone go around drugs.

@amelia.22 I'm going to file for child support tomorrow. My son's real father refuses to sign the birth certificate cuz he doesn't want to pay child support. He never takes him I have him all the time I offer him I'm like hey you want to come see your son he's always too busy

The worst thing that would happen is they would come to your house...see that nothing is wrong...and then send you a letter in the mail saying they won't pursue anything. Its happened to me.
