So all of a sudden Violet when really upset cries hard and loud but has this throat scratchy type…

So all of a sudden Violet when really upset cries hard and loud but has this throat scratchy type cry if that makes sense. She is teething and I believe both bottom backish teeth are coming in and don't know if those hurt more if that's what making her have this new cry or if she's just at the age where there cry changes?! Ugh anyone else baby go through this?
