Is there any groups for gluten or lactose free families? Or food allergies in general? Any insight would be a blessing…

@deckroth2001, my daughter and I both have allergies to gluten and lactose, it's hard to find recipes, food, stores, restaurants anything in general.

We found a great cheese and yogart that's lactose free. Also if you soak almonds in water over night and then put them in the blender, you can use them in place of cheese and can use them as a breading. I've got a few tricks and recipes

If you cit sweet potatoes the long way and thin you can put it in the toaster!
