For the past few days I've been very tired and my backs been aching and I've cramping here and there but nothing that had concerned me... But now I have gotten some cramps that have actually hurt.... should I be worried?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Cramps
Did anyone have cramps in their lower back while they were in their tww and got a BFP later on? I've been having cramps in my lower back (right side) today like I'm about to come on!! I still have 9days until Af! I've never had this early on before!! I really thought af was coming today! ?
