What my life consists of lately... besides being a mother of course.
The process has been slow but definitely keeps getting better❤️💪🏼
Being a mom shouldn't stop us from taking care of ourselves mommas, I hate when people use the excuse of being a mom for not doing their hair, or doing their makeup anymore.. specially not being fit.. and Im not talking about specifically going to the gym.. but being healthy for that matter, I see it all the time. If I went from 117 (before pregnant) to 180!! (While pregnant) and now 113 so can you!!
Im far from where I want to be but definitely even farther from where I was.. so I keep that on mind everyday when I get up at 5:40am to hit the gym and y'all know what? I freaking looove it😍❤️🙌🏻

@oliviasmammabear, and you will momma! You just have that one goal in mind, focus on it, and really but really aim for it.. it sucks at times and hurts like a b... and there will be times you even feel like quitting because you can't see any results, but remember, It takes time☝🏻 so have patience, eat healthy💪🏼 suuper healthy and little by little you'll be meeting that goal. ❤️
@tristynnashllynn, that's great! Don't let people start telling you "after you have kids you can't go back to your pre-pregnancy body" that ain't true.. you need positivity not something to hold you back, so you focus on you, and of course your little one😌 everything else.. byeee👋🏼
I weigh about 180 today went to the gym in the first time yesterday didn't know what the poop I was doing but seriously felt kinda nice .. I set a goal and hope to meet it .. you are an inspiration
