anyone know what more we can do to get tax credits speeded up?, my child tax for my oldest has been stopped since March (due to putting my partner on the claim) then we just waited til my little one was here too fill the form in as it's for working tax too, to get it set back up, so we sent it off the end of May when my partner got his p60, when we sent off the form we rang up to ask if we need to send off my youngests birth certificate (they said NO) they then text when they received the form and said by 26th June we should receive our money, so 26th came still non... we rang up they then said we should of got a letter NO LETTER!, still non to this day so we've rang everyday the past week as to once my partner got hung up on by one of them! so we complained about that, we've rang and rang to complain about it as I've literally got no money for the kids:(, so they've said theys nothing they can do until we've got the letter as apparently they've sent a letter which can take up to 2 weeks (which will be not Monday coming but one after), then they'll have to receive the bc then it takes another 10 days, what more can we do??! I need money it's really saddening me:( I can't do anything with my kids we're stuck in doors, in debt to the eye balls and it's like they care about nothong but there wage not even trying to help us NOT EVEN A MANAGER!! errgh😞 anyone else been threw this and managed to get a little bit help? inoo when it comes it'll be a big big payment but still that's living on nothing now :( xx

When my income tax didn't come through and I was struggling with payments I got a benefits advance. Maybe look into that. I don't know if they do it for tax credits but it's worth googling. Hope that helps a bit. Started receiving income tax 4 weeks ago and still don't have a letter of proof it's a joke need to call them myself x

ahh bless it's awful isn't it!, we asked for an advanced payment of anything whatever they call their 'advanced short payment' but no apparently they don't do it, it really is a joke considering theys kids involved xx

Mine stopped too I'd not have 9 weeks payments, I didn't get a letter or anything about it untill Friday just gone.
Here's me thinking I'd get back pay, turns out apparently I owe them like a grand and I'm not having anything now untill next year.
Altho nothing has changed since my baby was born and we are truly legit about everything!! 🤔😐
