Baby boy kicks are faint today is that normal?? Or is it because im laying in a certain position??

If drinking cold drinks or laying in a certain positions including pushing on the belly I would contact doctor and go to L&D to be safe

You should also do kick counts.

@deafmama16, i just asked my bf to bring me a slushie to drink from sonic. @susanbolivarez, this early??? I felt a lot of them thats why i woke up but they were faint though.

@carleishia.graham they won't ask you to do kick counts until you're in your 3rd trimester. 23 weeks, the baby is still small and has a lot of room for you to not feel strong kicks sometimes. They have places to hide and your uterus still has plenty of growing to do, before the baby runs out of room, and every movement is either shocking or painful. I was told this by labor and delivery when I freaked out at 25 weeks over the same thing.

@juliaschade41, thank you 😊 i kind of figured it was to early to be doing kick counts but he's moving a lot now so he probably was resting or hiding like u said now he wont stop lol

@carleishia.graham you're welcome hun. I haven't done kick counts myself. My doc really hasn't mentioned it. Said I could, but there's no need unless you feel a decrease in movement or if you're high risk.

@juliaschade41, plus as u closer to due date I heard baby wont be moving as much anyways because of less room right
