My sons father gets him every other weekend bc that's what we agreed on, we have been doing this for 2 years now and we split holidays right down the middle so our son never has to wake up wondering if he is not going to see one of his parents on Christmas or thanksgiving or other holidays, but his dad is very flakey and he didn't even show up to his sons first baseball game, didn't pick him up on Easter, always wants to switch up the weekends bc it's more convenient for him, or sometimes says his step son is sick and he can't pick up his own child, btw he treats his step son more like his own that his own son, well now out of the blue I get a text saying in our actual custody agreement it says he gets him the month of July, that being said he wants him every weekend in July, I know it's one month but I have horrible separation anxiety and I'm use to every other weekend, so now I'm torn apart and can't stop crying, it doesn't help that this is my weekend and he will be picking him up anyways 😭😢💔
