Have you tried dangle feeding on that side? Massaging while pumping?

@sabreycastro1996, she has a hard time latching to this particular nipple so I usually nurse her on the right breast and pump out the left. Sometimes the pump helps the nipple come out more and she will try and latch then.

@lexonmars, I'm going to keep it up until it's GONE lol this hurts so bad. I've had someone tell me to use a vibrating toothbrush and push up towards he nipple also. I'm going to try it
