Help: how can I get my daughter to start crawling? She's 7 months old and gets tummy time every day twice a day for at least 30 minutes every time and isn't showing any interest in trying to crawl

Put her favorite toy about a foot or two in front of her. Usually a flashy toy that plays music and lights up works too.

My daughter had almost zero interest in crawling and then one day, like 2 weeks after she showed some crawling interest, she was walking! They all work their magic on their own schedule. Comparison is the thief of joy. Try not to think about her milestones versus the norm.

Yes. If something is out of reach, kids will try to crawl

@mommiesaremagical14 @charong I've been setting her toys about a foot out of reach. Lol she just rolls onto her back and then turns and rolls to them

Well, she may just need to get there at her own pace. Honestly my DD was walking at 8 months and it drove me crazy, lol!!! Once they become mobile your even more exhausted then before, trust me!!! They get into EVERYTHING 😲
