Omg! I have no clue what to do?! I am hoping that I can get some advice from you guys! I have got great advice from you all in the past. I have a big dilemma going on right now. I am going to start from the beginning. I am wanting to move to Florida from Kentucky. I am suppose to be out of my current apartment on July 31st. I have a apartment waiting on me. The only thing that was holding me back from moving was the fact that I went on vacation with my parents. Well here is where the dilemma shows up. So I called the apartment in Florida today. And a new company took over them and I have to explain what is going on. They get everything straight and inform me that the deposit amount has changed. I was fine with it until they told me the amount. The amount was 1560 when it was originally going to be 500. So here I have saved up 900 for moving in and extras. So now I don't know what to do cause I don't have that much saved. And there is no way that I can get 600 more. And now I am wondering if I can stay in my apartment that I am currently in. I don't know if they would allow me to stay here or not. Or I don't know if I should go down to Florida and see if I can find me another place or not. I don't know what to do at this point. I am so lost.... Please give me some advice on what I should do.

I believe you were told one thing to begin with if you have paper work you can fight it if not unfortunately you can't because once another company takes over whatever they say goes as far as rules

I would argue that with them and tell them well i wasn't informed that a new company was going to be taking over when i originally made arrangements to pay the deposit. That's not right!!!
