You can see it in an ultrasound but not through your skin yet. My first pregnancy i didnt feel my baby move till i was 20+weeks

I felt movements at around 16 weeks but couldn't see or feel anything major until 20/21 weeks x

I'm 18 weeks & 4 days and I felt baby move outside of my stomach once. I've felt movement inside since week 15
