Yesterday my eyes was bigger than my stomach clearly. I had salad, sweet n sour chicken, n a very small amount of mac n cheese. So I ate all that then I went back for more salad ate it n my body told me no baby taking up too much room so I had to expel some via mouth smh all this while step kids were here n hubby. What made things so bad no one didn't know. So the moral of the story is...not to bite off more you can literally chew.....! But I'm feeling better bc not constipated much any more. Smh
