So I'm on day 3 of an obnoxious migraine I just can't seem to shake..I've tried every remedy I could find, and every pill that is safe but nothing has helped. As I lay here with a cold rag on my head in the dark saying "whhhhyyyy" over and over wondering why these last few days have been so shitty..I feel it: a flutter! I felt boogs move! Through all the crap I've been feeling this pregnancy it all seems well worth it now 🤗 There is light at the end of the tunnel and he just kicked me!

Try cutting out all caffeine for a few days .
I had huge migraines because of that around my second trimester and it worked . too much damn Dr.pepper.@vegasmomma

@mamiiscorp, I haven't had coffee in almost a week so I tried my first soda today actually thinking maybe it was caffeine withdrawal (since caffine usually kicks a migraine for me) but it didn't help :( I've been chugging water the last week and I've been trying Gatorade maybe for electrolytes??

Just keep doing what you doing but maybe just stick to water .
I know my caffeine withdrawal lasted me a good 5 days .
It was the most miserable I've been my whole pregnancy.

@mamiiscorp, I just feel like it's once thing after another with this little dude wreaking havoc on my immune system and how I feel! I know it will all be worth it in the end but I just can't seem to catch a break.
