I had to do the exact same thing for about 2 weeks with my son. When his belly cord fell off, that's the same day we started a schedule.
Every night, he would scream bloody murder, and I would have to jiggle him and shush really loudly in his ear until he fell asleep.
Soon he will be old enough for a routine and it'll get better.
Since his cord fell off, he's in the tub at 8 o'clock, bottle, and in bed. If he woke up during the night, we fed him back to sleep WITHOUT turning the lights on or changing him (unless he pooped)

@m_phillips_s, ugh yes ! It's the same times every night around 5am he calms down and will fall asleep and I literally try everything !! 🙄

Is it colic? I never quite understood colic but they say it's always the same time of night and usually lasts about 3 hours.
