Communication is KEY! I'd determine what I wanted and approach him with that as far as time and stuff with her and then move forward from there. Are you comfortable with him having her weekends, overnight, every 3 days? Etc

Chances of that are very unlikely unless he can be proven unable to care for the child further. If you go through the court he'll most likely get more than that and every other holiday. Unless he agrees to every other weekend. If he can provide, job..shelter..food etc then he will get more, they'll attempt to make it equal

@rmreed, that's what I thought. He's a good daddy just has an addiction to pot, he works overnights and hardly naps during day which makes me nervous when he has her if I'm at work or whatnot plus his parents are so possessive of him and our daughter..there really over stepping there boundaries.

Oh geez. My best advice is to save EVERYTHING. Every text, every conversation...mark down what they're doing..time, date, etc and save it all. You never know what you'll need..and get an attorney asap. There's a ton thatll work with you on fees and stuff!

@rmreed, I actually have a good lawyer and I have pics of his weed stuff but if his parents weren't so disrespectful towards me this would be easier
