Perks of having your child on a strict schedule: they go to bed at the same time every night and you have set time to relax. Oliver is in bed and I get to watch big brother 😍😍😍
@jlbentley231, go off of his sleepy cues. Around 7:00 every night he starts rubbing his eyes and yawning so that's when we start our bedtime routine (bath, bottle, food, book) and he's down around 7:30. Just learn his cues. He will let you know when he's ready. Sleep training is difficult but it's worth it.
@bayou_donna I started her bedtime routine at about 6 weeks, bath (i wash her up every other day and just add soap to her bath on others) jammies and nurse and she's down by 7-730
Yes!!! Every night at 8 on the dot my daughter gets oatmeal changed into pjs and fed a bottle and she's literally out by 9 no matter what! Then me and daddy can have some unwind time to relax and watch tv and talk. People try to tell me I'm too strict with it but let me tell you it helps us both keep our sanity 😂
