I mean you technically could call the police still. Do you have the papers to prove you paid for it? And you're pregnant too which will be on your side. You could call them and say my husband is keeping my ability to use my car. Just ask for one officer to come out and say its a domestic issue. You can also state that you're scared and pregnant and he's being controlling and keeping me from leaving my home. There are always ways to say things.

@juliaschade41 yeah I have all the papers, I'm just afraid that if I do all that, then he'll lock me out and I dont have anywhere else to go if things get worse...

@claudiaporteous if he's doing all of this and if you did call the cops, they will have a record of him then. So if things got worse, they will side with you and probably kick him out. You're the pregnant woman. They're going to see that. If you don't want an officer over, you could just call and ask to speak to someone about your rights as a married couple. You could explain what's going on and ask what you should do, without them coming out there.

@juliaschade41 I ended up taking the keys and went to the store , he said if I leave then he will throw all my stuff out on the street . I'm about to go home right now , so if he did then I will have a reason to call the police. So we will see in about 20 minutes

@juliaschade41 everything was the same, he didnt do shit. I think he was just mad and said that shit cuz normally i would never just leave like that , I would always just listen to what he tells me
