Need some advice all last night and today I've had a weird feeling in my lower belly... I ain't in pain and it doesn't hurt but I have a pulling feeling down below but like I said it doesn't hurt its just uncomfortable

Was awful especially at night trying to lie down! Stock up on gaviscon or nexium tablets were the best I had, you been getting it bad? Xxx
