23 weeks and my son's nose always looks missing from the side. Is this a sign of down syndrome? (FYI I didn't go to a medical ultrasound place so they wouldn't tell me if something looked odd)

I second kambam, my baby girl loves to snuggle against the placenta. So that may be the cause of his smush.
