So the past couple days I've had light brown colored discharge when I wipe. Should I be worried?

I was 7 weeks when that happen, it started light red after the brown then the cramping intensified, needless to say I experienced my first miscarriage. I pray that everything goes ok with you as long as you see no blood, I would rest and take it easy
