My brain is racing this morning... someone mentioned getting a gift for our daughter to open, from the new baby... I think that's a great idea, just not sure what to get her! 🤔any suggestions?!?

@sam-i-am, she does love her some bubbles, and coloring! 🤔 Maybe I'll put together a little box of a bunch of random stuff she might like! Thank you, maybe I'll check out the Dollar stores... see what I can find.

My aunt made a gift basket basically and called it the big brother basket and filled it with little toys and crafts from the dollar store and he was so happy when he got that he cried because he thought it was gonna be all about the baby from then on, but he was 4 at the time so her reaction may be a bit different 😂

@babyboy1117, yeah, she's only going to be 2... but I don't want her to feel like the baby is stealing her thunder, she's a high energy kid, that loves to play with her parents... we've already had mommy start taking a backseat to things like bath time, and play time before bed... she's been having Daddy do more and more of her routines, so hopefully it won't be such a shock when the baby comes and mommy can't always be available!

@sawyersmom, we bought her a giant stuffed tiger at the zoo a few months ago, (got a deal on it) was planning to give it to her as a Christmas gift... but maybe that would work as a gift from the new baby... she LOVES 'kitties' more than just about anything else!
