My son has a cold & I have been giving him moltrin & Tylenol & Vicks baby rub for his chest & back but seems like nun is working he still coughing & has a running nose , do y'all know anything that might work 🤔?

Go in the bathroom and sit on the toilet with him in your arms while the shower is the most hot it can get and let the steam clear his sinus and then suction them out
