OK I am in a relationship w a good guy. We been together for almost 4 months. And my daughter keeps on calling him daddy. Me n him dont have a problem w it but her real father doesn't like it at all. He has no right on her. He sing off her a few months ago but he keeps on trying to take my Daughter when ever he wants knowing he sing his rights over to me.
Could he try to Get his rights back if I dont sing any papers?
My daughter is scared of her real father . she looks up to my boyfriend n he does more things w her then her real dad ever did. My boyfriend is really good with her n I'm glad she has a guy that loves n care for her

It depends on what state you live in and what exactly it is he signed.
If he voluntarily signed a custody agreement that allows you full custody, he can petition the court at any time to change the custody agreement, this is the case in any state. If he had custody revoked by the court (not voluntarily) he would need to meet the court's criteria for fixing whatever issue caused him to lose custody.
If he signed a "termination of parental rights" document, then there are only a few states where he can petition to have them reinstated. If he terminated his parental rights and your daughter has already been legally adopted by your new SO, then the biological father cannot petition for reinstatement of his rights.

When you say he signed what was the papers? My son's sperm donor has never saw my son never help or anything. After a year his rights was terminated. There is no way he can ever see him now.
