I'm calling for HELP. I am getting terrible sleep lately! I just cannot get comfortable. If I sleep with two pillows I get bad neck pains and if I sleep with one I get a headache or pain in back of my neck. I don't understand!! I used to be able to fall asleep on the floor with no pillow and get a better night sleep then this 😅🙄 any suggestions?? I also wake up during the night and I have always been the worlds deepest sleeper. I'm total opposite now.
I sleep on my side with a small pillow underneath my belly that helps me breathe better and one or two pillows between my legs helps with the pelvic pain.
