Unfortunately I don't think there's anything you can do. The nausea lasted until like 18 weeks and I'm still lazy lol @adrianaa1391

Oh yes! Im 32 weeks and still wake up puking sometimes. Ginger ale helped me and my doctors prescribed anti nausea meds for me. Didnt do much at first but eventually it got to doing its job. Just try to rest a lot this all typically goes away once you hit the second trimester

Yes it is. When i first found out all i had was fatigue and nausea.

Yes it is normal I had a horrible time the first trimester I didn't wanted to get up from bed at all or eat I was very sick even the smell of food made me throw up 🙊🙊🙊
