Need opinions on drinking coffee. Is it completely harmless if not drinking more than the caffeine limit. Is that correct?
With my first I cut out coffee completely and switched to decaf, only had caffeine when I was trying to get rid of a bad headache... with this pregnancy, I drink about 1/4-1 c of regular coffee a day... most days I make a cup and then after a few sips get too busy and don't finish it... but just the small amount of caffeine I get has helped keep me from getting headaches... so I've not dealt with the boarderline migraines I had with my first pregnancy... I'm Well below the limit daily, but it's what works for me!
I definatly make sure to not exceed the limit! Everything feels fine so i was making sure! It would be real hard to give up coffee completely!
