I'm 7 weeks 3 days pregnant and experiencing sharp, painful cramps that is not going away with drinking water, changing positions, going to the bathroom, no bleeding at all just my legs are numb like they are asleep and the cramping seems to be getting worse. What should I do?

I'm in the same situation. I was experiencing the same thing last night. I had bad cramps absolutely no bleeding. Trying grabbing a small snack and drinking lots of water. It should help. And try a small walk if u are able to that helped me last night

@babycakes20 I don't have an OB yet I'm going to my first appointment tomorrow to be set up with an OB that takes my insurance
