@krmommy I got that in my first misscarriage last December. They just arragea follow up ultrasound, but not yet perform a transviginal one. I am not sure why

I saw my baby heart beat at 6 weeks and 1 day. Make sure they are doing tge pregnancy hormones test to see if it goes up or down

Give it a week or two sometimes you won't pick up a heart beat for a couple weeks!
