And my BP is high again! 🤦‍♀️ I did a bunch of activity today, swam in a salt water pool, ate not so healthy dinner and took a shower, which is enough of a work out on its own... I'm going to see how I am in a couple of hours, really don't want to go back to the hospital again... I Have an appointment tomorrow morning... so I'm going to rest and not stress it... as long as it's not going up in like an hour, I think I'll just see where I am in the morning... on a good note, my tiny baby seems to be extra active right now!
