No judgement. Did or does anyone else smoke weed during their pregnancy? Just need opinions.

I personally don't I don't exactly agree with smoking weed. However I am not going to judge you if you do, as long as it isn't hurting the baby o don't see the big issue.

I did but stopped at 29 weeks because I wanted our systems clean for when she got here so I didn't have any problems! I have had horrible sickness the whole time and that's the only thing that helps I just got out of the hospital last week because I am so dehydrated and can't even keep anything down and I guess me smoking was helping! @courtneyraelochamy, @mybabyboyontheway

@caseyxo2017 I've smoked everyday that I can remember for 9 years and I don't see anything wrong with it and you can see the baby's fat rolls in ultrasounds and she is perfectly healthy

Right! I've heard that too but I've also heard that it takes 2 months to get out of baby system and 1 month for you so that why I stopped at 29 weeks so I could have plenty of time! @caseyxo2017 I'm sure I'll have people judging me

@mcrowell0970 I am showing clean I took a drug test on my own time and don't plan on starting back until at least I am done breastfeeding. Also when I was in hospital they gave me 12 bags of fluids so that helped to flush my system

I have heard that as long as you test clean and they see you're trying to quit if it's just marijuana they will usually let it be

I smoked till I was 5 months pregnant (I knew I was) it seriously was the only thing that helped me. I had horrible morning sickness and headache. Only reason I stopped cause I switched OBs and the new one told me if I had another dirty UA, she would call CPS on me.. 😒 TBH I still smoke everyday. But I don't do it around my kids. They don't even know about it.

And to add.. my daughter shows no signs of disabilities. Or any kind of delays what's so ever. I got her tested (her pediatrician knows I smoked with her so he ordered I get her tested) and she got aged at a 4 year old and she just turned 3 years old.

I do occasionally and my OB knows this. I only do it when I can't sleep or I'm having a bad mental health day. Definitely stopping soon seeing that I have 12 weeks left.

Smoking is far better than any pills you can take. Many women turn to weed for tons of pregnancy symptoms. You just gotta be sure you stop around 30 weeks to give your baby and yourself time to get it out of your system. However it is said to have unhealthy effects if your breastfeeding the thc can get through to your baby and cause motor skill delays but that's only for heavy users. There's all kinds of studies been done on Jamaican women.

I didn't know i was pregnant during my first trimester i smoked all throughout it and up until like the middle of my second trimester but after that i had stopped

I want too, but my kids daddy like I'll leave your ass for that. But he smokes all the time.
