Try baby oil and a soft toothbrush. I did that with my son and it worked good. My hubbys grandma told me to try it.

I wouldn't put castor oil on his head...if it enters the pores and then his body it could be dangerous

Coconut oil . It'll be out in a few days . And castor oil will make it grow back. Jamaican black is the best for growing hair .
