Not sure bring it up to the dad and have and honest talk with him if it's a long term relationship maybe family consuling , my mom dated someone for two years we lived with them for one and our " step brothers" where horrible they basically torn the relationship apart

Well that's a little different I thought it was a teenager . Is she jealous of the baby because Dad spend more time with the baby? Maybe have a daddy daughter date where he takes her to the movies and out for lunch where they get to talk one on one about what's bugging her
