I don't understand why everyone seems to think that my daughter not nursing as much as she used to is a relief for me. I love breastfeeding and I want to do it for at least another year, I don't want to wean my daughter, I want her to choose when she is done. It isn't a burden to me and I wish people would stop assuming that I am ready to be done with it. Breastfeeding for me has been amazing and I love the bond I share with my child because of it. Why would I want that to end when she's not even 9 months old yet?
