If it's dry and scaly it's ringworm. I don't know if any natural remedies but I know any athlete's foot spray works or the cream. But put it on him while he sleeps and keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn't touch it and hen touch his eyes and mouth.
It looks like ring worm a natural remedy is apple cider vinegar put on with a q tip 3-6 times a day for a couple of weeks. Or the dr can prescribe you a cream that works a lil faster

It's technically not an actual worm it's a contagious fungal infection. If you take him to the Dr they may give you a prescription for a cream

But if not you can check online for remedies or call a pediatrician or dermatologist.
