I struggled to breast feed my first daughter and she is more attached to my husband because she had to go to the NICU right after she was born and i wasn't allowed to go. With my second, she latched on quickly and i am bonding more with her. I feel closer to my youngest than my oldest. And it makes me feel bad. I feel like my oldest doesn't need me and seeks out her father more than me 🙁

I'm sure that's kinda normal though. Mines the opposite. Couldn't breastfeed my 40 weeker but I'm breastfeeding my 29 weeker. I think my husband bonded more with my first son and I had more snuggle time in the nicu than my husband did with the itty bitty so he tends to be attached to me. I know it's normal to feel the way you do, but it doesn't mean either child loves you less or needs to less. It's just a different way of needing you. My first son is almost 6 and I'm chopped liver- he loves dad and will run to him every chance he gets. My almost 2 year old is "lost without mom" as my husband says.
