I'm hungry but every time I try to eat I get so grossed out and nauseous. I can only eat small snacks. Does anyone have any food suggestions?
Lots of fruits and veggies. Toast. Yogurts. Puddings. Sherberts. Soups and broths.
I agree with fruits and veggies. Yogurt, applesauce, soup.. Morning sickness is straight up rude.
@echo_base, drink some tea with ginger in it. It helped me a lot
