Bathe her in the baby dove soap, non scented, my son has eczema and anything that has a scent causes his to flare up.

My baby has it too. All over her body but her face and legs are the worse. They put her on CORTIZONE 1% and I apply on week on one off. And I found COCONUT CARE from seventh generation is amazing

@tatykarl thank you I was going to use the coconut care from seventh generation to for the cortizone do you need to get prescribed or can you just go get it yourself

@colh416, you can get it without prescription but I would advice you to ask your pediatrician. Cortizone is really strong for us. On babies skin is too much. I applied for one week twice a day the cortizone and 2 times the cocoa butter one. In one week was gone. This week I'm on the "off" week and is a little back, specially from her face. But I'm calling her doctor to see if I should apply again. My aunt is dermatologista and she said if I can avoid is better. But of course if I have to, I have to.

O ok yea because how bad it gets it makes you feel bad and it stinks having people ask if its a rash and it's really ashame because she has such a cute face to if only I could get rid of it
