I never drink. But I had one glass of Arbor Mist cherry wine tonight and it left me feeling a little fuzzy. How long is recommended for a wait time to let my daughter back on the boob? She likes to night nurse as a comfort object, but I would hate for any to transfer to her through the milk. It was one small glass (less than 5 oz I would guess), but I don't want to risk anything.

I was told if you aren't drunk then you're safe to breastfeed right then . but if you get drunk then you have to wait til you sober up.@s_r_z_15

@booboosmommy ooh nope I didn't use those .. I drink wine and nurse as long as I dont feel the affects but the hard stuff , I just have my relatives or husband feed her with a breast milk bottle.
