So I've never had issues with my boyfriends mother. She's respectful of my decisions and supportive. She is also helpful if we are having financial issues... but basically her phone call with my baby daddy goes like this... "look I'm not trying to get in your business , but you have to I get there to change her mind about not circumcising the baby... or I will talk to her and make sure she changes her mind..." why does everyone care if my baby has foreskin . ??!!!

@boymamax2, it's not even my choice it's the baby's... but since he's too young to choose... I'm not doing it. If he's older and wants it done I will happily give consent

Keep his goodies normal. Circumcision is not a surgery he needs to have done. It is only cosmetic, better for him to decide once he is older. A lot of things COULD go wrong once done. Nobody can make YOU do anything you don't want to do for yourself & your son. So for right now, your choice to decide what is good for him until he is able too himself.

I had this issue with my MIL but reversed I wanted my son circumcised, I told my husband were the parents and not her, he agreed. And he is circumcised. It's all about what you think is best! You're the momma!

That's exactly how I felt about circumcision, that's why my son isn't circumcised. Just make sure she won't pull back his skin if she changes diapers...that could hurt him 😕
