What to expect at my NST scan ??? For 32weeks ?

Are they doing ultrasound too? NST usually you get hooked up to a contraction monitor for 30 min to an hr.

A lot of staying still 😩😩 I hate sitting still I automatically get anxiety ugh 😭 thinking about it is making me anxious I have a lot of fat on my belly area so any sudden movements with my tiny child it would ruin the test and we needed to start over I had an attack lol

@miriahlove no. They want baby to move. They hook you up and u have a button to push Every time u feel babymove. U just lay there on the bed. I had 3 this week. Lol

No lol when i moved the monitor messed up because my belly fat and my baby was so tiny it was difficult to monitor her
