Literally just had the most stressful predicament of my entire life 😂

So, this woman came in. She was on an account with her husband. Her parents and sibling have their own account together, and the accounts are obviously separate. Her parents didn't know she had Sprint. We have a promo going on for new lines, Lease one iPhone 7, Lease another for free. So they got 4, and planned on having her switch over to their account.

Anyway, my manager told her we could switch the iPhone over to her account and her parents would still have the same deal, and switch her phone to her parents account.

We are NOT supposed to do that, but he's just way too nice. So anyway...yeah. He wasn't here today so I got stuck trying to figure that out. She had a 2year old running around turning the store upside down, and she was upset at first that I wasn't sure how to do it (nobody else was either) and I had to call my manager to have him walk me through it.

🙃🙃🙃🙃 I wanted to cry. Thankfully I didn't, but good god.

So yeah. She was pretty nice after someone started playing with her daighter and once I explained that I'm new, we aren't really supposed to do this and this is a really rare thing...but whew. Glad I'm off for the next two days.

So yeah...dont ask the store reps at your phone carrier place to do that...bc it's not something that's supposed to be done. 😅😅 It was nearly impossible.
