It's my third cesarean.. and the risks of a vac after two previous c sections is too great for tear.. after she is born I was advised I can only have one more cesarean (a4th) because it risks placenta implantation issues such as preview and abruption.. personally I think I'd rather have the cesarean.. only because the birth videos I've seen .. I know that sounds stupid, and is heal so much faster with a natural birth.. I also had a tubal reversal surgery where they cut you "like" they would a cesarean.. only difference is they didn't cut thru my uterus , they cut inside my tubes to reconnect them.. so basically I've already had more than my share of surgeries down there.
