Mama you will find strength you did NOT know you had. Plus they have different methods of pain relief. You will be ok.

Dilaudid and an epidural were my best friend.

Epidural during contractions! And the pushing stage doesn't hurt! (As much)

@jazz.rose1, but uve never done it lol trust me I get that it's scary I'm on my fourth birth and I'm scared too that shit hurts no joke buttttttt just try not to psych yourself out and please don't watch those stupid videos or shows on birth your young and healthy and your body was made to do this
