What crib mattresses are you guys choosing. I'm so terrified of SIDS and want to choose a good mattress but am completely lost!

I see pictures of mattresses without sheets constantly. This is foreign to me. My mattresses ALWAYS have sheets on them. We have multiple sets, when one set comes off the new ones go on.

How often are your mattresses naked?!?
