I found out I was pregnant before my missed period I was about 2 1/2 weeks pregnant. It all really depends on how in tune you are with your own body and some women just get high hcg level quickly. I'm super in tuned with my body. I know the exact day I got pregnant plus I instantly had smell/food aversions to things I liked.
