Well ladies my period came on last night and nope it's not spotting its my period im so sad

@tyneziah it's ok in my.group chat me and another woman both started earlier this week too but I go to see my.specialist Tuesday

@tyneziah I've been doing naprotechnology since January, I chart my.cycles based off my cervical mucus and then I got to a follow up appt and they see if I'm ovulating or not and then starting April they started me on progesterone shots and I've had 3 cycles with the shots so now I'm going back in for another follow up to see if I ovulated which based off my charting I haven't been since I haven't been getting the proper cervical mucus to show for it so now it'll be a matter of getting me to properly ovulate
